Jim is President of Pretty Good Consulting, Inc. a Denver-based firm focused on Human Capital Development. He graduated from the University of Denver (BSBA & MBA.) Developing his Human Capital Management skills over a 30 year career with Walgreens, his responsibilities as Divisional Vice President - Performance Development covered training, management & executive development, productivity improvement, human factors engineering, H.R. planning and media production.

 Nathan Colbert

Brenda is an HRM professional who is currently focusing on organizational development and change facilitation. Brenda is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) by the Human Resource Institute. She has worked in the field of Human Resource for 14 years in a variety of management roles in recruiting, training, organizational development, and employee relations. She has worked in these roles in the Financial Services industry and most recently in the Education industry. Brenda is currently performing consulting work in the Law Enforcement industry.
