Brenda is an HRM professional who is currently focusing on organizational development and change facilitation. Brenda is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) by the Human Resource Institute. She has worked in the field of Human Resource for 14 years in a variety of management roles in recruiting, training, organizational development, and employee relations.
